Effective Date: May 4, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how PodShocker (“the app,” “PodShocker”) handles your information. PodShocker is developed and published by UrsaWorx LLC (“UrsaWorx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tennessee limited liability company.
This policy applies only to PodShocker. Other products and services offered by UrsaWorx are governed by their own separate privacy policies.
The short version: PodShocker does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit any personal information about you. The app runs on your device and, when you choose to use them, connects directly to third-party services. UrsaWorx operates no servers that receive your data.
1. Information PodShocker Collects
None.
PodShocker does not send any user data to UrsaWorx. UrsaWorx operates no backend service that receives, processes, or stores information about PodShocker users. We do not collect:
• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Account credentials or passwords
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
• Location data
• Usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reports
• Podcast subscriptions, listening history, or content preferences
• Any other personal or behavioral information
PodShocker does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
2. How PodShocker Stores Your Data
All data created or used by PodShocker is stored locally on your device. This includes:
• Podcast subscriptions: The list of podcasts you subscribe to and their associated feed URLs, stored on your device.
• Episode metadata and RSS feed data: Fetched directly from podcast publishers and cached on your device.
• Downloaded episodes: Audio files stored in the app’s local storage on your device.
• Listening history, bookmarks, and playback positions: Stored on your device.
• Queue and playlist data: Stored on your device.
• Settings and preferences: Stored on your device.
This data does not leave your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up to a cloud service you connect (see Section 3).
3. Third-Party Cloud Storage (Optional)
PodShocker offers optional integrations with third-party cloud storage services so you can browse audio files you already have stored there, or back up your downloaded episodes to your own cloud account. These integrations are entirely optional and only activate when you sign in to a provider from within PodShocker. Supported providers are:
• Microsoft OneDrive
• Dropbox
• Apple iCloud Drive
When you choose to connect one of these services:
• Authentication happens directly between your device and the provider. PodShocker uses the provider’s official OAuth flow. Your username and password are entered into the provider’s own sign-in screen and never pass through PodShocker or UrsaWorx.
• Access tokens are stored only on your device. Once you authorize the app, the provider issues an access token to PodShocker. This token is stored securely in your device’s Keychain and is never transmitted to UrsaWorx.
• Direct requests to the provider. When PodShocker plays, downloads, or uploads a file, the request travels from your device straight to the cloud provider. UrsaWorx is not involved in these requests and has no visibility into your files or activity.
• You can disconnect at any time. Sign out within PodShocker to remove the access token from your device. For a complete disconnection, revoke PodShocker’s access from within the provider’s account settings.
Your use of these third-party services is governed by their own privacy policies and terms. We recommend you review them:
• Microsoft: https://privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement
• Dropbox: https://www.dropbox.com/privacy
• Apple: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/
4. Podcast Content and RSS Feeds
PodShocker fetches podcast RSS feeds, show artwork, and audio files directly from the servers that host them — typically the podcast’s publisher or their hosting provider. When you subscribe to a podcast, browse episodes, or stream or download an episode, that request is made from your device to the publisher’s server.
Podcast publishers and their hosting providers may log these requests (including your IP address and user agent) in accordance with their own policies. UrsaWorx does not operate any server that proxies, logs, or inspects these requests, and receives no data from them.
5. Purchases and Subscriptions
Any in-app purchases or subscriptions offered by PodShocker are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. UrsaWorx does not receive, store, or process your payment information. Apple provides us only with aggregate, anonymized sales data. Apple’s handling of your payment data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
6. Children’s Privacy
PodShocker is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because we do not collect information at all. Parents and guardians should be aware that podcast content accessed through the app is provided by third-party publishers and is not curated or filtered by UrsaWorx.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Because PodShocker does not transmit personal information to UrsaWorx, there is nothing on our servers for us to access, modify, export, or delete on your behalf. All of your app data lives on your device and remains under your control. You can:
• Delete PodShocker to remove all locally stored app data, including subscriptions, downloads, and cached cloud tokens
• Sign out of any connected cloud services from within the app at any time
• Revoke PodShocker’s access to cloud services from within those providers’ account settings
• Delete individual downloaded episodes or clear all downloads from within the app
8. Security
Sensitive information stored on your device, specifically cloud service access tokens, is stored in the iOS Keychain, which provides encrypted, OS-managed secure storage. Because no user data is transmitted to UrsaWorx, there is no server-side PodShocker data that could be exposed in a breach on our end.
No system is entirely immune to risk. Keeping your device’s operating system current, using a device passcode, and being cautious about which apps you grant cloud service access to are the most effective steps you can take to protect the data on your device.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change our approach — for example, if a future PodShocker feature would involve collecting any information — we will update this policy and clearly disclose what changed before the change takes effect. The “Effective Date” above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of PodShocker after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Diamond DJ Privacy Policy
A UrsaWorx LLC application
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Diamond DJ (“the app,” “Diamond DJ”) handles your information. Diamond DJ is developed and published by UrsaWorx LLC (“UrsaWorx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Tennessee limited liability company.
This policy applies only to Diamond DJ. Other products and services offered by UrsaWorx are governed by their own separate privacy policies.
The short version: Diamond DJ does not collect, store, sell, share, or transmit any personal information about you. The app runs on your device and accesses your music library only with your permission. UrsaWorx operates no servers that receive your data.
1. Information Diamond DJ Collects
None.
Diamond DJ does not send any user data to UrsaWorx. UrsaWorx operates no backend service that receives, processes, or stores information about Diamond DJ users. We do not collect:
• Names, email addresses, or contact information
• Account credentials or passwords
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or IP addresses
• Location data
• Usage analytics, telemetry, or crash reports
• Your music library, listening history, or song preferences
• Team rosters, walkup-song assignments, or game data you create in the app
• Any other personal or behavioral information
Diamond DJ does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
2. How Diamond DJ Stores Your Data
All data created or used by Diamond DJ is stored locally on your device. This includes:
• Teams and player rosters: The teams and players you create, including jersey numbers and player metadata, stored on your device.
• Walkup song assignments: Your mapping of songs to players, at-bats, breaks, and game events, stored on your device.
• Sport, league, and game-content settings: Preferences such as active team, sport, content filters, and break-type configurations, stored on your device.
• References to your music library: Diamond DJ stores identifiers that point to songs in your local Music library; the songs themselves remain in the Music app, owned by you and Apple.
• Audio settings: Master volume, fade settings, audio routing preferences, and similar configuration, stored on your device.
• Purchase entitlement state: A local record of which one-time in-app purchases have been unlocked, used to gate premium features.
This data does not leave your device. Diamond DJ has no cloud sync, no account system, and no remote backup of your in-app data.
3. Access to Your Music Library
Diamond DJ uses Apple’s Media Player and MusicKit frameworks to let you choose songs from your existing Music library and assign them to players, at-bats, and break events. This access is controlled by the standard iOS permission prompt and the Music library you have signed in to on your device.
When Diamond DJ accesses your music:
• Permission stays with you. You grant or revoke music-library access at any time from the iOS Settings app under Privacy & Security > Media & Apple Music. If you deny access, Diamond DJ will not be able to play songs from your library, but the rest of the app continues to function.
• Playback happens on your device. Audio playback occurs locally through iOS audio APIs. Diamond DJ does not stream your music to any UrsaWorx server, and we do not see what you are playing.
• Apple Music subscription content. If a song you select is from Apple Music and is protected by digital rights management (DRM), Diamond DJ uses Apple’s MusicKit player to play it; an active Apple Music subscription on your device is required for those tracks. Apple’s handling of your Apple Music account is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
• No song data is exported. Diamond DJ does not upload, copy, or export the audio files in your Music library. The app stores only references (identifiers and titles) needed to recall your assignments.
4. Purchases
Diamond DJ offers optional one-time in-app purchases that unlock additional team capacity and features. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. UrsaWorx does not receive, store, or process your payment information. Apple provides us only with aggregate, anonymized sales data. Apple’s handling of your payment data is governed by Apple’s privacy policy.
StoreKit transaction receipts are validated locally on your device using Apple’s StoreKit framework. Diamond DJ does not transmit receipts, transaction IDs, or purchase history to UrsaWorx.
5. Children’s Privacy
Diamond DJ is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone, including children, because we do not collect information at all. Parents and guardians should be aware that any music played through the app comes from the user’s own Music library and is not curated or filtered by UrsaWorx.
6. Your Rights and Choices
Because Diamond DJ does not transmit personal information to UrsaWorx, there is nothing on our servers for us to access, modify, export, or delete on your behalf. All of your app data lives on your device and remains under your control. You can:
• Delete Diamond DJ to remove all locally stored app data, including teams, rosters, walkup assignments, and settings
• Revoke music-library access at any time from iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Media & Apple Music
• Manage or restore your in-app purchases through the App Store and through the Restore Purchases option in the app
• Reset specific app data (such as teams, players, or break assignments) from within the app’s settings
7. Security
Diamond DJ stores your data in the standard iOS app sandbox using UserDefaults, Core Data, and SwiftData. iOS provides device-level encryption for app data when your device is locked with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID. Because no user data is transmitted to UrsaWorx, there is no server-side Diamond DJ data that could be exposed in a breach on our end.
No system is entirely immune to risk. Keeping your device’s operating system current, using a device passcode, and being cautious about which apps you grant music-library access to are the most effective steps you can take to protect the data on your device.
8. Required-Reason API Disclosure
In compliance with Apple’s privacy requirements, Diamond DJ declares the following uses of required-reason APIs in its bundled PrivacyInfo.xcprivacy manifest:
• UserDefaults (CA92.1): Diamond DJ uses UserDefaults to store your in-app preferences (such as active team, master volume, and appearance mode) and read them back across launches. This data is used only by Diamond DJ on your device.
9. Changes to This Policy
If we change our approach — for example, if a future Diamond DJ feature would involve collecting any information — we will update this policy and clearly disclose what changed before the change takes effect. The “Effective Date” above will be updated when changes are made. Continued use of Diamond DJ after the effective date of a revised policy constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Description text goes hereDiamond DJ Terms of Service
A UrsaWorx LLC application
Effective Date: May 6, 2026
Welcome to Diamond DJ. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you and UrsaWorx LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company (“UrsaWorx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), governing your use of the Diamond DJ mobile application and any related services we provide (collectively, the “App”).
By downloading, installing, or using Diamond DJ, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms apply only to Diamond DJ. Other products offered by UrsaWorx are governed by their own separate terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Diamond DJ. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, UrsaWorx grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use Diamond DJ on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, including use during amateur, school, recreational, and youth-league sporting events.
This license is granted under the terms of Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) for apps distributed through the App Store, except where these Terms expressly modify it.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App
• Remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks in the App
• Use the App to violate any law, regulation, or third-party right, including copyright, performance, and other intellectual property rights
• Use the App to play, broadcast, or perform music in a context where you do not have the necessary licenses or rights to do so, including but not limited to large public performances, ticketed events, or commercial broadcasts that require performance-rights licenses
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App, its features, or any connected services
• Use the App to extract, copy, or redistribute audio files from your Music library or any other source
• Use the App to transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
4. Music Content and Performance Rights
Diamond DJ is a tool that lets you play and queue music you already own or are licensed to access through the Apple Music ecosystem. UrsaWorx does not host, produce, license, curate, or distribute any music or audio content. All audio content played through the App comes from your device’s Music library or from Apple Music through Apple’s MusicKit framework.
You are responsible for performance rights. Playing recorded music in public — for example, over a stadium PA, at a ticketed event, or during a commercial broadcast — may require licenses from performance-rights organizations such as ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, or SoundExchange, or directly from rights holders. UrsaWorx does not provide, secure, or warrant any music licenses on your behalf. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of music through Diamond DJ requires a license and, if so, for obtaining it.
UrsaWorx makes no representations or warranties about the legality, quality, appropriateness, or availability of any music played through the App. You access and play music at your own discretion and risk.
5. Apple Music and Music Library Access
Diamond DJ uses Apple’s Media Player and MusicKit frameworks to access songs in your Music library, including songs added through Apple Music. Your use of Apple Music and the Apple Music ecosystem is governed by Apple’s terms and your subscription with Apple. UrsaWorx is not responsible for:
• The availability, performance, or continuity of Apple Music or the Music library
• Changes to Apple’s terms, pricing, content catalog, or features
• Songs that become unavailable, are removed from Apple Music, or lose playback rights on your device
• Charges, billing, or subscription management for Apple Music
If you cancel your Apple Music subscription, DRM-protected tracks from Apple Music will no longer play through Diamond DJ. Songs you own outright in your Music library are not affected.
6. In-App Purchases
Diamond DJ offers optional one-time in-app purchases that unlock additional team capacity and features (“Premium Features”). All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are governed by Apple’s Terms of Service and your existing agreement with Apple.
One-time purchases. Premium Features are sold as one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Once purchased, they remain available to you on devices signed in to the same Apple ID, subject to Apple’s App Store policies regarding purchase restoration.
Refunds. Apple handles all refund requests for App Store purchases. If you wish to request a refund, you must do so through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. UrsaWorx does not process refunds directly.
Future changes. UrsaWorx may modify, add, or discontinue Premium Features over time. If we discontinue a Premium Feature you have purchased in a way that materially reduces its functionality, we will provide reasonable notice through the App.
Pricing. Prices for Premium Features are displayed at the point of purchase and may change. Price changes do not affect Premium Features you have already purchased.
7. Your Data and Privacy
Our handling of your information is described in the Diamond DJ Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: Diamond DJ does not collect or transmit personal information to UrsaWorx. All app data lives on your device, and music-library access connects your device directly to Apple’s frameworks.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the credentials you use for any services tied to your device, including your Apple ID.
8. Intellectual Property
Diamond DJ, including its name, logo, design, code, graphics, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by UrsaWorx LLC and protected by United States and international intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the App, not ownership of it.
“Diamond DJ” and “UrsaWorx” are trademarks of UrsaWorx LLC. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
Music titles, artwork, recordings, and audio content played through the App are the property of their respective rights holders.
9. Feedback
If you send us feedback, suggestions, bug reports, or feature requests regarding Diamond DJ, you grant UrsaWorx a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. You are not required to submit feedback, and submitting feedback does not entitle you to any compensation.
10. Updates and Changes to the App
UrsaWorx may release updates, modifications, or new versions of Diamond DJ from time to time. Updates may add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required for continued use of the App or for continued access to certain features.
We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any part of it at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of material changes when practical.
11. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by law, UrsaWorx disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
UrsaWorx does not warrant that the App will meet your requirements, that it will be compatible with any particular song, audio format, or device configuration, or that any defects will be corrected. You use the App at your own risk.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, URSAWORX LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, missed cues during a game, inability to play a song, or interruption of service, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App.
UrsaWorx’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you have paid to UrsaWorx for Diamond DJ in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) five U.S. dollars ($5.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. In such jurisdictions, UrsaWorx’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless UrsaWorx LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your misuse of the App; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property and music performance rights; or (d) your violation of any applicable law.
14. Termination
You may stop using Diamond DJ at any time by deleting the App from your device.
UrsaWorx may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
The following provisions survive termination of these Terms: Sections 7 (Your Data and Privacy), 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Feedback), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), 15 (Governing Law), and 17 (Miscellaneous).
15. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You and UrsaWorx agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of Diamond DJ shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Nothing in this section prevents either party from pursuing a claim in small claims court where jurisdiction and venue are otherwise appropriate.
16. Apple App Store Additional Terms
You acknowledge that these Terms are between you and UrsaWorx, and not with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). Apple is not responsible for Diamond DJ or its content. The following additional terms apply to your use of Diamond DJ on Apple devices:
• Scope of license: The license granted in these Terms is limited to use of Diamond DJ on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
• Maintenance and support: UrsaWorx, not Apple, is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support for Diamond DJ.
• Warranty: In the event of any failure of Diamond DJ to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price of the App (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App.
• Product claims: UrsaWorx, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to Diamond DJ, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
• Intellectual property claims: In the event of any third-party claim that Diamond DJ or your use of it infringes that party’s intellectual property rights, UrsaWorx, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such claim.
• Third-party beneficiary: You acknowledge that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
17. Miscellaneous
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Diamond DJ Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UrsaWorx regarding Diamond DJ and supersede any prior agreements.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Effective Date” above and provide reasonable notice, such as through the App. Your continued use of Diamond DJ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. UrsaWorx may assign these Terms without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
No agency. No agency, partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship is created by these Terms.
